Managed by the Utility of the Future and established in partnership with the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), the Utility of the Future Center of Excellence (UoF-CoE) aims to unlock the full potential of water utilities, empowering them to lead the charge for universal access to water and sanitation.

The Western Balkans Project has two components:

• A Financing Facility - Providing performance-based support for "quick-win" measures, improving the quality of service for up to 50 water and sanitation utilities.
• A Project Incubator - Assisting 10 utilities in planning strategic infrastructure investments.
